Web Portals

Smart Metering created web portals in conjunction with IoT web development experts experienced in PHP, Solidworks, and MySQL Databases. We have translated the meter reading data wirelessly transmitted from our Smart Metering hardware into a visual representation of water and power usage for customer insights and billing purposes.

Where existing field-proven smart metering hardware is available, we will integrate this hardware into our smart monitoring and billing platforms.

Smart Metering has two available online platforms.

  • Integrator Platform – Developed for Smart Metering integrators, such as body corporates who implement Smart Metering hardware solutions and only want the power and water meter data available on a convenient web platform. The integrator then manages individual tenant billing.  This is available in our menu above.
  • Customer Platform  – Smart Metering customers can view and manage their own accounts directly from our website. Usage, e-billing invoices, move-in and move-out, setting up direct debits and making payments are available to our customers online.  This is available from the “My Account” button on our website.

Integrator Portal

Our online water and power meter platform offers easy access to each individual’s daily total water and/or power consumption in a multi-dwelling building. We designed the platform in conjunction with the largest property management company in New Zealand to ensure it really simple to use.

A billing report can be run over any selected period for the multi-tenanted building or each tenant.

All usage reports can be downloaded in an Excel or PDF format. Or the usage data can be sent directly to the property manager’s billing system via an API.

We provide this platform to integrators, body corporates, and property managers who want to manage the billing to individual tenants with their established systems.

Customer Portal

Customers in buildings where Smart Metering manages their water and/or power bills can log on via our website view and manage their accounts.

Usage, e-billing invoices, move-in, move-out, setting up direct debits, and making payments are available to all our customers via our online portal.
